Julianne Moore
Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor that has won critical acclaim for her talent. She's a Sagittarius born on December 3, 1960, in North Carolina. She's among the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She's English as well as Scottish heritage. Moore's father moved around a lot because of his job. It was it difficult for her to meet or keep friends. Moore began acting in plays when she moved with her family to Germany. In 1983, she earned an BA in Fine Arts at Boston University. in Theater. After graduating, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York. Moore made her debut on screen in 1985 with an episode from The Edge of Night. The break came in 1986 when she played the roles of Sabrina Hughes as well as Frannie Hughes in the show The World Changes. It was on up to 1988, and she won the Daytime Emmy Award for her performance. In 1990, she was the first film actress to make her debut on cinema in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that she later described as an awful low-budget movie. She was awarded an SAG nomination in 1999 for her role she was in Magnolia, a critically acclaimed film. In 2002 she co-starred in The Hours which got nominated for nine Academy Awards with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep. Moore has also starred in The Forgotten (2004), Freedomland 2006, Shelter 2010, etc. She appeared in Non-Stop (2014). Moore was a regular in many films and television series. Most recently, she was in starring roles is In 2022, After You Finish Securing the World. Her acting career in Hollywood has been established, as well as her work as a published children's novelist. Her first book Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007, and was a bestseller on the The New York Times. It became a top seller, and was later made into a TV series and musical. Also in 2013, Moore published My Mother is a Stranger. Moore, as a very successful actor and author is also known for making her personal life known to the world. She was married John Robin in 1984 and they split in 1995. They have two children together along with Bart Freundlich whom she later married in 2003. Moore is an individual who is devoted to her family and career.
